Stewart, the bus driver, has made a significant contribution to my daughter's life. Just starting to take the bus by herself, Emma, was welcomed and acknowledged by Stewart everytime she got on his bus. She came to look forward to meeting him and would let several buses go by until his arrived. From her key worker he learnt her name and spoke to her everytime their routes crossed. Months later he still carries her thank you card in his backpack and from their first meeting onward Emma has happily taken the bus to her day programme. Thank you Stewart.
