Watching all the Paralympian was amazing! Especially when I saw the blind downhill skiing. It remind me of how people who learn to be confident in their abilities can excel.
I suspect we often lower our expectations of people when we learn they have a disability of any kind. I will try to keep high expectation for all people, I think keeping the "of course you can" attitude will be an encouraging and enabling force.
